Gary Mancini

Managing Partner

Prior to co-founding Tundra Advisors, Gary worked at Spear Street Capital from 2017 to 2023 as a Vice President in New York City focused on acquisitions and asset management of opportunistic office and life sciences investments throughout the United States and Canada. Additionally, Gary was involved in executing strategic initiatives for the firm including the capital raise of two closed-end discretionary opportunistic funds totaling over $1.8bn and leading expansion efforts in Montreal.

Prior to joining Spear Street Capital, Gary worked on the acquisitions teams at both Cadre and Clarion Partners, closing over $1.3bn in acquisitions throughout Texas, the Midwest, and Eastern regions of the United States across multiple property types and risk profiles.

Gary received a B.A. in Economics with a double minor in Corporate Strategy and Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University.
